Supply Chain Startup - Product Manager

A Symbol stealth portfolio company is looking for their first Product Manager to join the team.

Cinch is a startup backed by top-tier funds and investors providing an AI-driven Supply Chain & Fintech solution to mid-market and enterprise companies. We’re looking for a highly driven and dynamic Product Manager to join our team who will help us shape the future of supply chain tech.

This role will work closely with engineering, design, and data operations to drive product development from ideation to launch.

Requirements

• Define Product-related OKRs together with the CEO and regularly communicate milestone progress to the company’s management. 
• Conduct customer interviews and market research to inform product development decisions.
• Define product requirements, create product roadmaps, and prioritize feature development based on customer needs, business objectives, and resource constraints.
• Work with the engineering team to develop and launch new features, ensuring they meet product requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with design and UX teams to create engaging user experiences that drive user engagement (creating a-ha! moments) and retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a technical/data-focused Product management position.
• Experience working in a startup company.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew - a must.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings effectively.
• Independent mindset - you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do and are comfortable working with ambiguity.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets.
• Knowledge of transportation planning and supply chain management principles - a strong advantage.
• Experience building data-related products in traditional markets - a strong advantage.
