Software Developer Intern

Position

Title: Junior Software Engineer (12 month full-time paid internship)

Location: Hod Hasharon (hybrid working model)

We are looking for a junior software engineer to join our team for a 12-month project and help us take our product to the next level. In this role, you will develop, test, and execute scripts and algorithms to expand the Aternity capabilities using Aternity’s monitoring, Remediation, and Runbook functionality. You will develop abilities to detect, alert, resolve, and provide visibility on issues affecting endpoints and users. This functionality will be created using PowerShell scripts (Windows) and Zshell scripts (MacOS), as well as Riverbed logic and presentation engines.

What You Will Do

• Review requirements for monitors and remediations and provide meaningful feedback
• Analyze and understand applications and issues to be monitored and remediated
• Develop and test monitors to detect issues and scripts to resolve them.
• Define logic to automatically execute monitors, remediations, and alerts to detect, resolve, and inform customers on issues.
• Define dashboards to present results and status of issues to customers
• Work as part of a team and closely with other colleagues (services, product).
• Improve your skills and create an effective, fruitful, and fun working environment.
  
  

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate

• Knowledge and experience in scripting, ideally in both PowerShell and Zshell
• Knowledge and familiarity with Windows / MacOS
• IT experience - advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Advantage- knowledge with Tableau/Power BI
• Can-do attitude, passionate, proactive, internal drive for excellence and improvement.
• Independent and self-learner.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
