Business Intelligence Specialist

EDEN Gallery is a leading art gallery with 15 international locations and a vibrant community of art lovers, collectors, and curators. We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analyst with an enthusiastic personality and strong service orientation to join our expanding team and use his/her expertise to have a big impact on our rapidly growing company.

The BI data analyst will be responsible for the delivery of data and reporting platforms, analytics initiatives, data integration and business intelligence (BI) and data warehousing plans for informed business and product decisions to drive a long-term BI strategy and data analytics roadmap in line with overall business objectives and needs.

Key tasks

·      Gather and analyze business intelligence data from different sources to inform business and product decisions

·      Review and resolve operational issues and ensures application of Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analysis &

Analytics applications to enhances business decision making capabilities.

·      Conduct respective (management) reporting

·      Review escalated issues arising from operations and coordinate with other stakeholders to improve operational

capabilities

·      Assist in implementing policies and procedures regarding collating and analyzing data and assess analytics on an

ongoing basis

·      Manage and optimize the design and delivery of data warehousing, including the collection and utilization of all

data

·      Monitor trends and apply mathematics, statistics to discover patterns.

·      Communicate information effectively to senior management, conveying technical information to non-technical

audiences, and communicate needs with key stakeholders and IT/technical partners to deliver highly effective BI.

·      Ensure best practices for BI, data warehousing, and provide inputs that affect the functional area of

responsibility

·      Extend knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analysis & Analytics to provide ongoing refinement of

processes to improve operations
