Frontend Tech Lead

Arion Fund, founded in 2015, is a middle-market private credit fund specializing in real-estate secured loans. We offer real-estate investors quick, short-term credit solutions to finance the acquisition, renovation, rehabilitation, and development of residential and commercial properties across the U.S. East Coast and Midwest.

Our dedicated and professional team leverages its vast experience in real estate, financing, origination, and servicing to build the best possible solutions for borrowers. We focus on producing a large volume of smaller to mid-sized loans, capturing a niche often overlooked by traditional lenders.

As a Front End Tech Lead, your role will involve leading a team of talented developers, driving the development of high-quality front-end applications, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our product goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Make architectural decisions and ensure the technical quality of the team's deliverables.
• Drive the development and implementation of robust, scalable, and maintainable front-end applications using React, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of front-end projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end developers to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Implement and maintain Agile methodologies to manage project workflows and team productivity
• Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices for front-end development.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and advocate for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience of frontend development, with strong proficiency in React, Redux, and TypeScript
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries.
• Solid understanding of front-end development principles and best practices
• Experience with modern JavaScript tooling (e.g., Webpack, Babel)
• Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in English
