Production Engineer

One Zero Bank, Israel's leading neobank, is looking to hire a skilled Production Engineer to join our team. You will develop and maintain essential monitoring tools and processes for our production infrastructure, systems, and applications.

The role involves collaborating closely with development teams to ensure exceptional service quality and reliability, as well as managing Tier 3 incident responses.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in fast-paced environments and demonstrate expertise in reliability engineering concepts and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain monitoring tools and internal services using Python/Node.js and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Handle Tier 3 incident response, analyze root causes, and assist in resolving production issues
• Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and performance
  
  

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Production Engineer or in a similar role
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python and Node.js
• Advanced Knowledge of Kubernetes configuration and management
• Strong experience in complex SQL/NoSQL queries
• Proficient in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Datadog
• Solid understanding of AWS services and architecture
• Experience with ArgoCD for continuous delivery and deployment
• Excellent software development, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in configuring and supporting software applications
• Advanced skills in creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Experienced in troubleshooting and problem-solving in a 24x7x365 production environment
• Service-oriented, with strong multitasking, analytical, and self-learning abilities
• Self-motivated and independent, capable of taking responsibility and proactively executing tasks
