QA engineer

ONE ZERO is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to join our team. This position entails developing and designing comprehensive tests, implementing these tests, identifying bugs, and outlining necessary corrective actions. Additionally, the role involves reviewing system requirements and monitoring key quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute testing plans leveraging comprehensive knowledge of complex system business logic
• Identify and track defects from discovery to resolution
• Analyze & debug logs and traces
• Investigate issues in production environments
• Collaborate closely with Product and R&D teams to ensure that high-quality deliverables are achieved
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance Engineer role
• Proficiency in QA processes and methodologies, including test planning, design, strategy, and execution
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Playground
• Ability to read logs and identify critical information
• Experience in the Fintech domain is an advantage
• Experience in the securities domain is a significant advantage
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated and capable of dealing with ambiguity to resolve problems
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and TFS
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
