National Sales & Marketing Manager

Sales Management plays a key role in global sales planning.

The ideal candidate will play a key role and report directly to the CEO of the company, build the global sales & marketing strategy, and execute it with his team.

In addition to long- and short-term volume planning, we look after strategic price planning of and support the entire process between the customer and carmaker through the system worlds.

However, our remit also includes organizing team building & management, employee development in sales through their career, and managing company-wide process optimizations.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and exhibit the value of the company's solutions to C-level executives and top decision-makers in enterprise-level organizations.
• Manage the full sales cycle and sales team.
• Working closely with the company’s leadership.
• Develop strong product knowledge and a deep understanding of the business challenges
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Acquire new customers independently in addition to marketing qualified leads.
• Mapping the needs of the potential customer and building a sales strategy according to the type of organization and area of activity.

Required capabilities

• +3 years of experience in global B2B sales
• Experience in leading sales processes to enterprise-level organizations.
• Experience in selling globally.
• Excellent English & presentation skills.
• Proactive and goal-oriented.
• Technological orientation, fast learning of new technologies.
• Passionate and self-motivated to assist with driving deals to a successful conclusion and to deliver quality results.
