You will assume full ownership of our DevOps strategy, ensuring the scalability, security, and cost-efficiency of our systems. About the role

• Lead and manage all aspects of our cloud computing infrastructure.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and cost-efficiency of our systems.
• Oversee build and deployment processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage IT infrastructure and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Act as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), responsible for our security posture.
• Collaborate with customers to design IT aspects of software implementations.
• Address customer questions and concerns regarding process, compliance, and security.
• Work closely with other teams to align DevOps practices with business goals.

About You

• Proven hands-on experience in a DevOps role within startup environments.
• Experience managing high-scale production environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
• Experience in build and deployment automation using tools like GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Strong IT management skills, including network configuration and server maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.

Nice to have (Advantages)

• Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and/or security (CISSP, CISM).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC2.

The position entails working from our lovely Ramat Gan Bursa office (which is within walking distance from the Central train station) 4 days a week.
