Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Finance Operations Specialist to manage our internal financial operations and maintain strong relationships with banks and providers. This role is critical in supporting our company's financial infrastructure and requires a hands-on approach to various financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Virtual Card Operations: Oversee the creation and management of internal virtual cards. Communicate with third-party providers, resolve issues, prevent internal fraud, and ensure seamless operations.
• Accounts Receivable: Handle invoicing, monitor incoming payments, maintain accurate records, and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely receivables.
• Invoice Creation: Generate accurate and timely invoices, ensuring they meet legal and contractual obligations.
• Bank Communications: Serve as the point of contact with banks to manage financial transactions and resolve any issues.
• Provider Liaison: Communicate effectively with global providers to ensure terms are met and services are uninterrupted.
• Data Entry: Perform data entry for financial reporting and accounting needs, ensuring high levels of accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years previous experience in a finance-related role.
• High level of English is required
• A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related scientific field is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead a team, especially in an international context.
