Buyer (Maternity leave replacement)

Description

We are currently looking for a Buyer (maternity leave replacement)to join our Tel Aviv office. In this role you will execute procurement strategies for spending across the organization with a focus on Software (licensing), Cloud services, IT equipment, and business application agreements. This includes working with different departments to determine and execute purchase approaches, requirements, candidate suppliers, and supplier selection. You will develop win-win relationships to drive cost down and quality up while ensuring compliance of vendor engagements with the company’s Procurement policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Tasked with executing the Procurement Policy and strategies for the organization
• Participate in the establishment, communication, and implementation of business goals and procurement improvements
• Establishes Global cooperation and proper alignment with IT, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Services, and Operations
• Create PO’s, vendor accounts, filling contracts and supporting documents.
• Manages buying strategies used to purchase and arrange timely delivery of supplies, materials, and services; expedites as needed and serves as a liaison between vendors and users, obtaining required prior approval for purchases.
• Ensures proper purchasing involvement in all major company vendor engagements to include managing vendor relationships
• Leverage and negotiate pricing on combined volumes of purchasing prioritizing savings opportunities and taking a unified approach across all purchasing entities/sites to get the lowest possible total cost
• Ensure all procurement activities are following the Global Procurement policy and procedures
  
  

In order to be great at this job, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing in software or High-Tech industry- A must
• Experience in managing the complete purchasing cycle (A-Z) for software and tools vendors, as well as for sales and marketing, G&A, and HR departments.
• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management/ Economics/ Business Administration
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and levels within the organization.
• Strong organization and time management skills; flexibility coupled with an ability individual to handle frequent deadlines and unplanned requests
• Fluent English – reading, writing and verbal
