POSITION SUMMARY

Our Data Labeling & QA Department drives the core of our NLP solution. We structure massive data sets, and assign meaning to an assembly of text characters, enabling our computer algorithm to understand and interpret the data similar to a human being.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze text documents, and label words and phrases following structured rules and defined logic.
• Ensure data is labeled in a complete, accurate, and consistent methodology.
• Fix inaccuracies for perfecting the model performance.
• QA and validate the quality and accuracy of the model.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner, while meeting stressed SLA deadlines.
• Raise flags and provide feedback on model improvement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

• Bachelor’s degree. A specialty in Medicine, Biology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Nutrition, or similar is an advantage.
• Previous experience in data labeling - a huge advantage.
• Native-level of English - a must.
• Fast learning skills, as well as fast adaptation to changes - a must.
• Very good computer skills - a must.
• Pedantic, thorough, with very high attention to detail.
• Ability to keep focused for long periods of time.
• High context switching ability.
• Have a can-do attitude - a constant drive to face challenges and improve our technology and processes.
• Have a startup mindset - a will to work in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment, while putting effort and collaborating with the group to drive the company towards success.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, responsibility, and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Independent, but also a great team player.
• Willingness to work on Fridays once every few weeks (with a day off on Sunday).
