We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Technologist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the company's quality standards.
• Conducting regular inspections in the production department to improve quality systems and address non-conformities.
• Managing the quality management system on-site in compliance with ISO standards and internal/external regulations.
• Writing, updating, and controlling work instructions and controlled documents.
• Initiating corrective actions and monitoring their implementation.
• Leading continuous improvement processes in the production department.
• Maintaining the quality control program in the production department.
• Conducting internal quality audits to ensure product and process compliance.
• Meeting KPIs & KAIs targets and preparing work plans accordingly.
• Performing internal and external audits.
• Working closely with the production team to close gaps through improvement projects.
• Writing work instructions for cleaning, verifying, and validating cleaning processes, hygiene, and sanitation in the department.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or Chemistry.
• At least one year of experience in the food industry within a quality department – mandatory.
• Very high-level English proficiency – mandatory.
• Availability to work Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30, with an early start on Sundays at 06:30 and occasional Fridays on a rotating basis (once a month).
• On-call duty: Occasionally, there are split shifts (finishing at 15:00 and returning at 18:00 for a few hours) – rarely.
