Lead a team of engineers (BE, FE &QA) to deliver high-quality products

Translate customer needs into technical requirements

Manage projects, including schedules and resources

Stay up-to-date on the latest engineering practices

Solve problems and keep projects on track

Help train new team members

Work well with other teams

Be passionate about technology and results oriented

Have a strong engineering background

Be a great communicator

Be interested in AI

Have experience planning and managing projects

Understand Agile development methodologies

Have a broad knowledge of different technologies

Have experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
