What you will do:

● Lead the migration process of legacy systems to the new age technology, which is

already in progress.

● Deal with high volumes of traffic and big data.

● Responsible for work methodologies and tools across all disciplines in the R&D and

testing units, setting coding and coding review standards, interfaces, and hand-over

procedures with internal customers, build and release management processes, etc.

● Responsible for the full lifecycle of the product, from planning through development,

testing and supporting the product in production.

● Manage a team of R&D engineers in Israel and Bulgaria

What Skills & Experience You’ll Bring To Us:

● 3+ years experience as a R&D Team Leader- Must

● Proven track record in managing development flow from concept to deployment,

including methodology and deployment procedures.

● Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems and web

services.

● At least 5 years of experience in server-side development with NodeJS and PHP

● At least 5 years of experience in client-side development with React and Angular

● Comprehensive knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure (AWS and GCP)

● Excellent communication skills, high energy, and a can-do attitude.
