We are seeking a Front End Team Leader for our CloudGuard Workloads Protection – Front End team.

Major Responsibilities

• Drive the team's strategic technical direction
• Direct and coordinate activities necessary to understand business objectives
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the team
• Foster a culture of high standards, growth, and accountability within the team, promoting a shared vision and collective ownership of product and business outcomes.
• Conduct design reviews, service health monitoring processes, and development and deployment processes
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, and operations, to align product initiatives with business goals and drive successful go-to-market strategies, product adoption, and growth.

Desired Background

• 2+ years experience in management positions
• 5+ years of experience developing web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Familiar with AngularJS 1. X – An Advantage
• Experience in architecture and design of large-scale scalable and high-performance web production systems
