We maintain a fast-paced, professional, and friendly office located off Route 38 close to Beit Shemesh and Route 1 and we’d love for you to join our team as a Client Satisfaction Junior. 

Position: Client Satisfaction Junior

Location: Beit Shemesh

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Assist as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with clients via phone, email, and social media platforms.
• Assist in managing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving client experiences and processes.
• Utilize Windows and database systems efficiently to maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements:

• College degree required
• Native English speaker with strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Broad familiarity with various social media platforms and their usage for customer engagement.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a related field
• Proficient in Windows operating systems and comfortable working with databases.
• Work well under pressure
