Sales and Customer Relations Manager

Title: Sales and Customer Relations Manager - Platinum Department

About us: JGive, a social fintech organization founded in 2014 by the Asor Fund (RA), aims to enhance the culture of giving in and to Israel. In short, we develop technological infrastructures that make the world of donations accessible to all the various players in the philanthropic space.

What does the role entail? 

• Creation and operation of a sales pipeline, including closing contracts
• Identifying, recruiting, and retaining new customers
• Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing customers
• Creating relevant collaborations and identifying business opportunities
• Managing internal departmental operations

What are the MUSTs?

• Interpersonal skills, both written and oral in Hebrew and English - mandatory
• Service-oriented, courteous, and patient (“customer is always right” mentality)
• Availability during unconventional hours- 2 nights a week for US hour calls 
• High interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and attention to details 
• Creativity and initiative
• Independence, proactivity and passion for sales 
• Ability to work in a team
• Previous sales experience - an advantage

The position is part-time (50%) with an option for growth

Work is in a hybrid model

The offices are in Jerusalem
