Job Description:

As a UX/UI Designer, you'll play a critical role in promoting accessibility and designing intuitive digital services. Your responsibilities will include:

Promoting accessibility tools and principles for designing digital services for populations with low digital literacy

Planning and designing customer experiences (CX) and user interfaces (UX/UI)

Understanding user needs and creating interactive, intuitive interfaces tailored to government system design

Managing and conducting analysis processes to characterize user experiences for both new and existing systems

Providing solutions to UX problems and simplifying complex processes into convenient, friendly interfaces

Writing high-level and detailed characterization documents

Implementing testing processes and optimizing processes and products

Requirements:

+4 years of experience in UI/UX design

Proficient in graphic software: AXURE, Illustrator, XD Adobe

Experience in characterizing user experiences

Management experience in team leadership or UX field, conducting research, and taking initiative

Experience with CSS and HTML

Expertise in designing for responsive/mobile environments
