Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Helpdesk Support/Maternity Leave Replacement at Afimilk Ltd located in Afikim. The IT Helpdesk Support will provide customer service to internal users.

The role consists of:

· Technical support for end users

· Maintenance of computers and peripheral equipment

· Working with Microsoft Server environments

· Managing Active Directory and Office 365 services

· Budget monitoring and procurement process (quotes, purchase requisitions)

Requirements:

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Written and verbal proficiency in Hebrew and English

· Experience in technical support for end users

· Experience in maintaining computers and peripheral equipment

· Experience working with Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange

· Knowledge and experience in maintaining \ VMware virtual machines - An advantage

· Knowledge of network protocols - An advantage

· Hands-on experience with network devices and firewalls - An advantage
