What You’ll Do:

In our growing Behavioral Science team, you'll develop and refine behavioral models to drive positive health changes among diverse populations and across a wide range of settings in the healthcare world. You'll provide tools and knowledge to our customer success and product teams to build the right product and solutions. You'll utilize big data sources to find the precise elements for the models. You'll collaborate with the R&D team to develop the building blocks of our solutions and to consistently analyze its impact.

What You Should Bring with You:

• MA in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Public Health,
• or a related field.
• At least 2.5 years of experience in a research setting.
• Research experience in various fields, such as academic, public sector, and/or private sector (distinct advantage).
• Strong analytical skills: experience with behavioral theories, data analysis, and proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
• Ability to combine sharp theoretical thinking with accurate detection and utilization of various data sources to apply them.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary international team.

It Would Be Nice If You’re Also:

• Familiar with the healthcare environment in the US.
• Experienced working in technology companies.
• Experienced working in international groups.
