Product Design Lead

In this role you will play a key role in shaping CommPeak’s products, by creating an excellent user experience and designing flawless experience for our customers. We are searching for a senior designer to lead a visionary thinking along with practical execution processes and to mentor other designers while actively contributing to hands-on design work.

Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of the UX/UI of the CommPeak’s products, from ideation to implementation.
• Creating design requirements based on product managers' problem definitions.
• Conducting user research for validating product concepts
• Creating and maintaining design systems for our different products.
• Working closely with product managers, developers, and QA to suggest improvements in products and processes.
• Applying and maintaining consistency with CommPeak’s design standards and brand guidelines
• Guiding other designers to ensure the product UX/UI, processes, guidelines, etc. are properly implemented and maintained.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a product designer- Must.
• Strong understanding of design principles and UX/UI best practices for web and mobile- Must.
• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing. - Must
• Proven experience defining and maintaining design systems or style guides for complex products. - Must
• Proficiency in design and prototyping using Figma - Must
• Animation skills- Advantage.
• Basic dev skills- Advantage.
