We are looking for spirited researchers who will be highly engaged in the company's mission to develop novel RNA therapeutics for major unmet medical needs.

POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for highly motivated, focused, and energetic researcher who are seeking experience in a young, dynamic startup environment. The person will be responsible for supporting the activities of drug discovery through the filing of INDs and the initiation of human clinical studies.

·        Designing, writing and reviewing the study procedures/plans, amendments, and schedules that define all the bioanalytical activities.

·        Hands-on laboratory experience with biological sample extraction and preparation approaches.

·        Develop and optimize new strategies to process cellular and tissue samples for analysis by Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LC/MS).

·        Operate, maintain, and develop qualitative and quantitative methods and validation (GMP) for the analysis of pharmaceutical products in biological matrices by LC-MS/MS including method troubleshooting.

·        Process, interpret, and visualize the raw data to promote the project team's decisions.

·        Prepare draft or final reports that document all bioanalytical procedures and results.

·        Implement techniques and technologies outside the field of expertise to enhance research deliverables.

·        Proven experience in working with DLS for the characterization of LNPs, expertise in data analysis, a robust understanding of lipid-based nanoparticle systems and their applications in drug delivery, as well as proficiency in experimental design, execution, and troubleshooting.

·        Established experience in using ELN and Microsoft Office

·        Ability to work with interdisciplinary project teams, agility learning, communicate clearly, and follow project timelines.
