A Day in the Life

As the manager of our Ad Quality Team, you’ll work closely with our Machine Learning team to understand their needs, as well as with our Product team to understand the company and its customers’ needs. You will manage the team, be challenged to keep them inspired and get a front row seat to the inner workings of the ad-tech ecosystem.

The Impact You’ll Make

• Oversee review of tens of thousands of creatives per day.
• Collaborate with various teams to meet a wide range of requests.
• Explore data and suggest new values that can enrich our product.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Have at least 1+ year of people management experience.
• A genuine people person.
• Product focused mindset.
• Passionate, motivated autodidact that can take on projects.
• Quick learning generalist with ability to adjust for changing business requirements.
• A real team player!
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Data analysis experience.
• Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheet.
• Knowledge in any programming language.
• Experience as a project manager.
