Marketing Web Developer Lead

Are you an all-star web developer? Are you an expert in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP? Then this may be the position for you!

We are looking for a web development leader to join the AppsFlyer Marketing organization to help build, maintain and transform AppsFlyer’s websites and other innovative, company-wide projects as well as take full ownership of the team’s processes and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, a knack for great UI/UX, eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the knowledge and experience to bring them together.

What You’ll Do

• Own the foundation and functionality for how AppsFlyer presents content to potential clients across 10 languages through an optimized, enjoyable, and informative web experience.
• Lead cross-team efforts and manage the team’s priorities and ongoing tasks
• Create UI features with beautiful, functional, and scalable components for a web application, using best-fit technologies.
• Work closely with other stakeholders - including but not limited to the SEO, design, localization teams - to understand the business needs and translate them into effective designs and infrastructure.
• Own your domain to ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of our website.
• Inform decision-making and guide information design for marketing programs across landing pages, subdomains, emails, blogs, CMS customizations, and marketing automation.
• Provide an engineering perspective on user flow, architecture, and implementation, to help scope projects and identify smart, scalable, and flexible ways to meet goals.
• Create and maintain documentation for workflows, processes, and post-mortems.
  
  

What You Have

• 5+ years of experience in web development, custom WordPress themes and a focus on HTML, PHP, SASS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
• 2+ years of experience working with other JS-based libraries like React, Next.js
• Experience working on high-scale, production-grade projects with an SEO-oriented approach while delivering semantic and accessible code.
• High level of understanding of user experience best practices for marketing websites and eagerness to stay abreast of the latest trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills that allow you to successfully partner with other teams (technical and non-technical)
• High degree of independent judgment with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Can-do attitude and dedicated team player

• Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Splash
• Proficiency with Figma and other UI design tools
• Experience with websites infrastructure (hosting, CDN)
• Prior experience working as a developer within a SaaS environment.
