Project Manager Role:

We are seeking for a new Project Manager to establish Project Management Office in the company. This is a hands-on role that play a major part in planning and track execution of software development projects in a SaaS company

• Establish PMO office
• Implement methodologies, tools and best practices of project management
• Own the projects schedule
• Track project progress, risks and tasks
• Drive for effective execution of tasks and projects progress
• Take part in translating product requirements to development tasks
• Foster a collaborative environment, facilitating effective communication across teams

Job Requirements:

• Good understanding of SaaS companies’ culture and operations
• Proficient in project management and Agile methodologies
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Translating technical or specialized information into understandable terms for stakeholders and team members

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a project manager in a software technology company
• Good technical understanding, and ability to communicate in areas of non-expertise
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science / Industrial engineering or equivalent work experience
• Experience in software development is an advantage
