Product Manager

Role:

The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of new hardware products and features, as well as their integration with other components in the cloud platform. This individual will work closely with the development teams, stakeholders, and customers to define product requirements and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Responsibilities / main tasks:

• Manage and execute products road map of the irrigation controllers' devices
• Work with cross-functional teams to define development priorities, process, and timelines
• write and maintain product requirement documentation
• Collaborate with hardware and software development teams to ensure product development is on track and within budget.
• Work with the customer success team to develop user guides, release notes, and product manuals
• Work with peer product managers to ensure seamless integration between hardware and software components
  
  

• Experience in product management of integrated hardware and software systems – 5 years: must
• Understanding of hardware design principles and manufacturing processes.
• Previous experience with irrigation technologies- an advantage
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools
• Previous experience in a global company and a global environment- an advantage
• Working for a commercial or international company – an advantage
  
  

• Proven capability to drive multiple teams effectively toward delivery
• Technical orientation – ability to learn and understand different systems (hardware and software)
• Communication skills- ability to interact with multiple management levels and personalities.
• High level English including technical English - required
• Reliability, self-confidence, self-motivation, ability to work and learn independently.
