QA Automation Team Lead

Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber Intelligent company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv.

We are looking for a QA Automation Team Lead to join our QA department in the R&D group.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of QA automation engineers to develop, execute test, maintain & improve infrastructure
• Analyze testing process to ensure highest quality and best practices
• Participating in the team's activities (50% hands-on)
• Collaborate with other R&D team leads & PMs (planning & designing testing scopes and prioritization)
• Driving automation development excellence within the team
  
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an automation team leader
• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing automation infrastructure
• Proven experience in Python and Pytest framework - must
• Experience in testing WEB applications - advantage
• Good knowledge and experience in CI/CD, Kubernetes & Jenkins
• Experience in leading projects- from design to implementation
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to understand complicated software
• Experience in Cyber field - advantage
