Compliance and Fraud Analyst

As Rise Compliance and Fraud Officer you will lead the Search Compliance strategy, be the champion for quality within Rise Search dep, ensuring all products and services meet the highest standards while adhering to feed provider policies and industry regulations. As the owner and driver of network quality standards, you'll continuously improve quality, ensure compliance, and stay ahead of the curve by understanding the competitive landscape and feed provider ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to stay up-to-date on market trends, news, products, competitors, feed providers and third-party solutions relevant to search advertising and set a compliance strategy in place.
• Ensure internal systems and offerings comply with industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies related to data privacy, advertising regulations, and content guidelines. You'll be responsible for understanding all relevant policies, staying updated on changes, and communicating them internally.
• Plan, monitor, and potentially lead testing initiatives. Work closely with the Product Owner and Data Analyst to define test requirements and KPIs.
• Provide training and guidance to other teams on quality assurance processes, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Define and improve monitoring processes and tools to keep stakeholders informed of all activities, including business performance, KPIs, fraud detection, traffic analysis, feed-level metrics, and latency.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years experience as a product manager or compliance & fraud officer.
• Have a deep understanding of the feed provider ecosystem.
• Possess a strong technical understanding of the Ad Tech industry, with a specific focus on search advertising.
• Demonstrate a passion for quality and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Be an excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with diverse teams including C-Level management.
• Be highly skilled in interpreting and comprehending technical documentation, compliance policies, and data insights.
• Be a proactive and independent thinker with strong innovative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
