neuRay Labs is an innovative company in the worlds of AI and sensor fusion, especially of radar & electro-optics sensors. Our goal is to revolutionize radar signal processing schemes in AI by leveraging visual information in order to obtain never seen before performance.

As corporate development associate, you will assist in identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities to enhance the company's growth and competitive positioning, while also supporting operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, financial analysis, on potential partnerships and other initiatives, as well as assisting with operational optimizations and administrative duties. Collaborating closely with senior team members, you will contribute to shaping the company's strategic direction and gaining valuable experience in company development.

What You'll Do

• Support the development and execution of the company's corporate strategy, including organic and inorganic growth initiatives.
• manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall corporate goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic planning and identify emerging opportunities.
• Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and updates to the CEO and senior leadership team.
• Track and monitor the performance of completed transactions and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
• Develop detailed financial models to evaluate the financial feasibility and potential impact of strategic initiatives.
• Support the end-to-end activities and company process.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's corporate strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry contacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, MBA or related field.
• Technician or Practical Engineer diploma.
• 2-3 years of working experience in a relevant field such as finance, consulting, or corporate development.
• Strong academic track record with a demonstrated interest in finance, strategy, and business.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and basic financial modeling concepts, valuation techniques, and business analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. can-do attitude and self-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and identify opportunities for growth and value creation.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
