Back End Developer

We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our team focused on developing innovative security solutions. As a passionate developer with at least 2 years of experience, you will play a key role in building and maintaining critical systems that protect our users from evolving cyber threats.

In this position, you will leverage your expertise in backend development to design, code, and manage our security solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects involving Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Zero Phishing technology, and JavaScript injection protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage our security solutions to prevent data breaches, phishing attacks, and malicious JavaScript injections.
• Gain experience with Check Point's security technologies, develop innovative solutions, and make a significant impact on our product line.
• Adapt and take on more responsibilities, becoming a key owner of the product's functionality.
• Collaborate effectively with other teams and engineers across Check Point.

Qualifications

• Backend Developer with at least 2 years of experience using Golang and familiar with Golang web frameworks (e.g., Gin, Echo) or similar tools.
• Strong coding skills and experience in building secure and scalable backend systems.
• B.Sc. graduate, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A problem-solver with a passion for finding creative solutions and delivering results.
• Fluency in English (Hebrew is a plus).

Bonus Points

• Background in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Zero Trust security principles is a big advantage.
• Experience in JavaScript and familiar with Node.js or similar frameworks
• Team player with a collaborative spirit.
• A continuous learner with a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies.
