Responsibilities:

• Provide solutions for technological issues in production.
• Handle quality assurance topics (deviations, procedures, work instructions, HACCP).
• Improve processes and formulations for efficiency and cost savings.
• Initiate, accompany, and manage projects.
• Train employees.
• Transition products from the development stage to regular production.
• Manage working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (equipment suppliers, customers, etc.).
• Lead processes in the production field.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in food engineering/biotechnology with a specialization in the food field - mandatory.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role in a food factory - mandatory.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with ISO and HACCP systems - an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and interface management skills.

Additional Information:

Full-time position, Sunday-Thursday, in Safed.
