The Zesty AI-driven platform automatically adjusts cloud resources in real-time based on application needs, optimizing cloud usage and dramatically reducing cloud spending.

About the Role:

Zesty Front-end team have end to end responsibility for Zesty's web application. The team is currently on the way to migrating the Zesty web-app from Angular to React using Typescript, creating micro-frontend apps using Zesty web-component library and developing Backend For Frontend (BFF) service to align all web-app APIs. We are looking for a passionate Frontend Team Leader with a strong background in JavaScript and TypeScript to lead a team of 4 developers. Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4 frontend developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to ensure products meet high standards of quality and user experience.
• Contribute to technological and architectural decisions.
• Develop and maintain web applications using React.
• Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of the company’s coding standards and best practices.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in web development using React & React ecosystem, Angular is an advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in team management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and testing frameworks.
• State Management: Experience with state management frameworks such as Redux/NgRx/MobX.
• Design Principles: Knowledge of user interface design principles and best practices.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Education: B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or a related field.
