What would you do as a Full Stack Team Leader at Harel?

Develop with top technologies such as NodeJS, React, Java, and Spring over AWS Cloud environment.

Manage your team in order to write scalable, reusable and testable code.

Manage squads with other talents to achieve the best product you can, in an agile environment.

Design and Architecture solutions in order to solve complex problems.

We are looking for…

6+ years of hands on experience in software development

2 years of experience in a managerial position

Proven experience developing in NodeJS/Java, Javascript, React, Redux – MUST!

Experience with either AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Services

Knowledge of SQL and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Elastic, Redis)

Modern development - Micro-services, Serverless – Advantage

Hands-on experience on large-scale web-based projects/products

Strong design principals, and strives to write clean, reusable code

A disciplined approach to development including thorough testing and monitoring
