Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Green Fields in Megadim. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Post harvest facility. This includes managing production schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing the daily operations of the production department, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, safely.

This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing production staff, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) department to implement quality control procedures.
• Lead, train, and develop production team to ensure high performance and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support career development for production staff.
• Use lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Maintain accurate production records, including batch records, production logs, and other documentation required for compliance.
• Prepare and present production reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.

Work closely with other departments, including HR, QA, and Maintenance, to ensure smooth production operations.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a production setting.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
