Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of our SaaS enterprise software products, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with our development team, stakeholders, and clients to drive successful project outcomes.

Location: Raanana, Israel

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities:

1.    Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget.

2.    Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools such as Jira.

3.    Coordinate and communicate project objectives, progress, and milestones effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

4.    Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.

5.    Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.

6.    Work closely with clients and external partners to understand requirements, expectations, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals.

7.    Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular status reports and updates to stakeholders.

8.    Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

9.    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

10. Represent the company professionally in client meetings, conferences, and industry events, showcasing our expertise and capabilities.

Requirements:

1.    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

2.    Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Project Manager in the software development industry, with a focus on SaaS enterprise software. Ability to manage short-measured KPIs and dive into details effectively.

3.    Extensive experience with project management tools such as Jira, including proficiency in creating and managing project workflows, tasks, and reports. Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also required.

4.    Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

5.    Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

6.    Demonstrated track record of successfully managing projects for large global enterprises, delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

7.    Exceptional attention to detail, allowing for thoroughness, accuracy, and consistency in work tasks.

8.    Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, strategic mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.

9.    Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
