Product Manager

About the role

Exciting opportunity to own and shape the product direction at an early-stage healthtech company. Will start as an individual contributor and needs to be excellent at core PM skills (business logic, UI/UX testing). Opportunity to grow into leadership position, taking ownership of product strategy & team build as well.

About you

• You are highly motivated and excited to work at an early-stage company
• You thrive in a self-directed environment, taking initiative to drive projects forward and proactively seeking guidance when needed
• You have 4+ years of experience as a PM, and are comfortable creating UI mocks, writing Requirements documents and working closely with Engineering to manage timelines
• (Nice to have) You have experience specifically building products for healthcare delivery (software for healthcare providers)
• (Nice to have) You are comfortable developing UI in Figma - we have external UI support, but your ability to work directly will help with cycle times & user testing

Responsibilities

• Along with leadership team, support product roadmap development and feature prioritization
• Work directly with users and Engineering to create Requirements documents, develop UI and test features and oversee software development through testing and deployment
• Develop and measure relevant KPIs for owned features, spanning from basic usage to end outcome on efficiency and outcomes for our customers
• Collaborate with Sales on upcoming priorities and to incorporate buyer feedback into product roadmap
