Reporting To: Product Business Operations Manager

About the Role:

As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. From conducting user research to refining design concepts, you'll be involved in every step of the process. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and leveraging data insights, you'll help create intuitive, user-centric solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to uncover insights, develop user personas, and map out user journeys.
• Communicate and advocate for design decisions, fostering consensus among stakeholders.
• Utilize data analysis to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Navigate technical constraints, user objectives, and business requirements to inform design solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders and customers.
• Facilitate usability testing and employ various UX methodologies to refine designs.
• Optimize product features by analyzing competitor solutions and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Experience, R&D and other product team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Continuously explore creative strategies to enhance the overall system experience and share insights with management.
  
  

• Work at the forefront of B2B platforms, where the product is constantly evolving and improving with each iteration.
• Make a direct impact on the company's success by strategically enhancing the beauty and usability of our system.
  
  

• 2+ years of product management experience.
• BSc in computer science, industrial engineering, system engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience and passion for building and optimizing great products.
• Experience working on complex products and systems.
• Experience building B2B/ERP products- a strong advantage.
• Background in user research and data research.
• Understanding of the customer experience and how to improve upon it.
• Entrepreneurial experience in developing a product from idea to market.
• Strong product analytics skills and data oriented thinking.
• Good sense for visual aesthetics and familiarity with the latest UI design trends.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (experience with Figma).
• Ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly.
• An excellent team player with a can-do attitude.
