Head of IT, Portfolio & Innovation

We are looking for a Head of IT to support our Portfolio & Innovation organization and Corporate support functions.

This position is located in Airport City, Israel, and reports directly to ADAMA's Chief Information and Digital Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as IT Business Partner to P&I (Portfolio & Innovation) organization and corporate support functions
• Plan and define IT and Digital capabilities to collaboratively support our P&I strategy
• Oversee all P&I systems, databases and IT tools, taking an active part in P&I technical discussions along with the P&I systems team and functional managers, to ensure we meet strategic business objectives, timelines and project budgets
• Ensure the current P&I systems are adequate to deliver on P&I business processes and initiate improvements where necessary
• Manage system implementations
• Manage contractors effectively to focus on highest priority projects
• Manage the IT budget to effectively manage Capex and Opex

Qualification & Skills

• At least 12-15 years of experience of process / systems experience
• At least 5 years of experience in global project management and business processes of IT systems implementation in multinational organizations
• Business processes orientation – professional and academic background in one or more of the following fields: business management, information systems, process engineering
• Excellent communication skills
• Good leadership capabilities combined with a hands-on approach
• Negotiation skills, vendor management, and RFP management
• Analytical thinking
• Fluent English and Hebrew
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in Business Management or IT Management preferred
