Operations Analyst - Student Position (temp)

We are looking for a motivated student who will take charge of defining events for new page launches, conducting quality assurance testing, and building/maintaining dashboards to track key metrics. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to gain hands-on experience in event planning, quality assurance, and project coordination in a global, data-driven tech environment.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to define new events and promotional activities for new page launches
• Plan, organize, and execute events
• Conduct quality assurance testing on new website pages and features to ensure functionality, usability, and compatibility of our digital platform
• Document and report any bugs, issues, or discrepancies identified during quality assurance testing, and work closely with the development team to resolve them
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
  
  

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

• Student for Industrial Engineering / Statistics / Economics or equivalent, in the 3rd/4th year
• Ability to commit to work 3 days a week in parallel to the studies
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, or similar) - an advantage
• Mature, independent, and highly self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
