Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute projects aimed at improving engineering and technical aspects to achieve site goals and objectives.
• Provide professional advice and guidance to identify operational solutions in the engineering field.
• Initiate, plan, manage, and control projects for the introduction of new equipment or enhancement of existing equipment while ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations.
• Collaborate and provide professional guidance in projects, including product development processes.
• Develop optimal engineering solutions to ensure efficiency and required quality standards.
• Responsible for meeting safety requirements, providing work approvals, and conducting random and annual audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering - mandatory.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a global company) - mandatory.
• High proficiency in English, including technical English - mandatory.
• Experience in projects involving automation systems - an advantage.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn operational excellence tools - an advantage.
