Financial Controller - Maternity leave replacement & Option

BTB (Be The Bank), Israel’s leading P2P lending platform, is thriving and seeking a talented Financial Controller to join our dynamic team.

This position is initially to cover maternity leave, with the strong potential for a permanent role due to our current expansion

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly financial statements.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to provide essential financial and accounting insights.
• Analyze financial results and conduct Budget vs. Actual monthly analyses.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for yearly reporting and ongoing requirements.
• Prepare annual tax reports.
• Oversee and manage full-cycle payroll.
• Provide professional guidance and assistance to the bookkeeping team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA certification - Must
• Internship with one of the Big 4 accounting firms - Must
• Experience in preparing financial reports.
• Knowledge of IFRS - Advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Quick learner with strong analytical capabilities and business acumen.
• Familiarity with Priority ERP – Advantage

Full-time role located just a 2-minute walk from the Ha'Hagana train station in Tel Aviv, with one day a week working from home.
