We are looking for a data professional to lead and develop our analytical team for one of our exciting games.

Responsibilities

• lead a team of data professionals
• Be the data and analytical lead on all kinds of projects, while working closely with all company departments
• Oversee the entire data analytics, and the relevant BI processes across the business unit - from creating roadmaps to managing and prioritizing daily activities.
• Lead the data driven culture of the company
• Design, execute, measure and optimize the core business models.
• Identify business gaps and suggest solutions to impact the business KPIs.

Job Requirements

• 3+ Years experience as data/product/business analyst team leader
• 2+ Years experience in analytical role in the gaming industry
• Fully proficient in SQL and MS Excel, with high-level analytical and problem-solving skills, and exceptional attention to detail
• BA / BS in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems / Economics / Statistics / Mathematics or a similar background
• Experience with Game Economy - big advantage
• Experience with Tableau – advantage
• High level English
• Team player, responsible and trustworthy
• Ability to see the "big picture” and prioritize among many requests
