Technical Support Representative

On-site technical support, supporting site users and processes in the office and business environment (labs, manufacturing…).

Working days & hours: Sunday – Thursday, 8:00 – 18:00 on 9 hours shift

Location: Tel Aviv, Kfar Sava, Shoam, Netanya, Beer Sheva

Job Requirements

• Experience

o 1-2 years' technical support experience in medium/large organization-Advantge

o Working with ServiceNow (ticketing and knowledge)-Advantge

o Customer service oriented

• Languages

o Hebrew – Native language; English – High level of speaking and writing

What you will do :

• PC Support

• Install and configure PC hardware and components
• Printers support (mapping, printer queue…)
• Hardware troubleshooting: PC problem-solving, hard drives, RAM, CPUs and power, video, printing
• Experience in Windows environment
• Imaging and configuration
• Troubleshooting
• Office 365
• Experience with SCCM (imaging and package deployment) and AutoPilot

• Mobile devices support

• Managing and configuring Mobile devices
• Troubleshooting
• Experience in iOS environment

• User support

• Active Directory / Identity management
• Permissions

• Network

• Basic network experience
• Network cabins alignment, Rack and stacking
• VLAN configuration
• Console management
• Experience with Cisco products
• AP & Switches basic support

• Conference

• Meeting room – operation and basic troubleshooting

• PC and network asset management
• Local inventory management
