Customer Care Center Administrator

Esko (AVT product line) is looking for a Customer Care Center Administrator for a part-time, to join our customer support team!

We are developing multidisciplinary systems based on Machine Vision and Image Processing and we are searching for someone to be responsible for the administrative aspect of the customer care center operations.

The position includes the following responsibilities:

• Open and close calls and documentation in the system.
• Daily interaction with AsPa agents and customers
• Send quotations, open orders, issue invoices, and monitor customers' payments.
• Work with different organizational interfaces such as production floor, warehouse, import/export, and Finance.
• Track engineers' activities in the AsPa region.
• Work with internal information systems.
  
  

Requirements:

• Two years experience in administration in a global environment.
• Fluent English
• Excel – Basic level.
