Design and implement network infrastructure based on organizational requirements.
Maintain network hardware and software for seamless connectivity.
Ensure network reliability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
Collaborate with other IT professionals to develop and implement network security measures.
Conduct regular network maintenance and updates.
Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.
Provide network engineering support and training to other team members.
Problems solver within the network before and after they arise. It’s crucial to have the analytical skills to understand where a problem is originating from, and have a dedicated troubleshooting process to effectively solve the issue and prevent it from happening again.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications, such as CCNA or CCNP.
Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies. Engineers need to be familiar with different types of networks and architectures (including WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, SD-branch, and so on)
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash for Linux. It’s useful to know automation-friendly languages such as Java, Terraform and Ansible, as more network functions become automated.
Experience with network hardware and software configuration.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
