Marketing Manager

**We are currently building the platform and attempting to raise funds.

All team members are working in exchange for shares of the startup.

I'm looking for a marketing manager to work in their free time for a few percentages of the startup's shares.

Mindset's mission is to revolutionize online discourse culture, through the platform, the unique features and our vision, that creates an innovative envelope.

Mindset provides a comprehensive space for freedom of speech, sparks discourse on the most controversial topics, and connects people who would not have met otherwise.

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team and help build and enhance our go-to-market strategy for our dialogue platform, which will be available on both web and app.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, user acquisition, and strategic planning, with the ability to adapt marketing plans to various scenarios.

In addition, we are looking for someone who lives social media, has excellent communication skills, creative & self-sufficient problem solver.

Someone with ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and eager to be part of something big & unique. 

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing activities based on our marketing plan, in various scenarios
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate users
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns and activities
• Leverage various digital marketing channels including SEO, social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing.
• Experience in B2C, users acquisition for app/web, influencer marketing.
• Experience in various platforms, Meta Ads, Youtube Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc.
• Experience with GTM strategy development.
