We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who embodies ambition and positivity. An Marketer who can passionately take ownership of their responsibilities, collaborating effectively with remote teams to not only meet but exceed our objectives and fulfil the evolving needs of our expanding customer base.
As Digital Growth Manager your role will be to promote the QM brand and develop diverse customer acquisition strategies across multiple platforms including web, social and email and more. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that enhances QM’s brand's engagement and leads to measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own QM’s digital assets including website, social, SEO/SEM, & email
- Develop a cohesive digital marketing strategy encompassing social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Develop and execute content marketing campaigns that support QM’s growth plans.
- Help promote QM’s participation in face-to-face and online events.
- Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning and to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure all digital marketing activities offer a high return on investment.
- Work closely with external consultants including web, SEO/SEM agency, graphic designers, content writers and PR to ensure successful execution of the marketing plan.
- Report on the performance of digital marketing activities and compare against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- 5+ years digital marketing experience including acquisition, conversion and retention
- Excellent Google Analytics knowledge
- Proven success leading paid campaign on Google, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
- Proven experience managing supplier and supporting tool contracts
- Proven experience managing online content
- Outstanding work planning and time management skills
- Ability to make commercial decisions based on insight and analysis
- Solid grounding SEO principles
- Deep understanding of Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Experience working at a HW B2B company - an advantage
- High-level English
