Data Team Leader

DeepCube, the AI division of Nano Dimension, is seeking a passionate Data Team Leader to join our dynamic team.

We're revolutionizing how manufacturers extract value from their big data, driving Industry 4.0 forward with our cutting-edge industrial AI solutions.

In this role, You'll lead a team of data analysts and engineers, collaborating with development and algorithm teams to design and implement game-changing applied data models and solutions.

From developing the data strategy to overseeing data-driven client projects, you'll ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the entire process.

Contribution:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts and engineers.
• Participate and directly contribute to the team effort with 50% Hands-on involvement.
• Collaborate with development and algorithm teams to design and implement data models and AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain the data strategy, methods, and tools, aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data projects- Infrastructure and client-based solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data processes.
• Provide technical guidance in data analysis and management best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI and data technologies.
• Communicate complex data concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
  

• Technical Expertise: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven Leadership: Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and motivating data teams.
• Data Model Mastery: A proven track record in designing and implementing data models and end-to-end solutions.
• AI & Machine Learning Savvy: A strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, especially in industrial applications.
• Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Data Mastermind: Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages like Python, R, SQL, etc. Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
