On a typical day you’ll:

• Structure, draft, negotiate and review all types and aspects of commercial agreements, including EULAs, DPAs, Supplier Agreements, NDAs and others.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and GDPR regulations.
• Create and maintain standard templates, business processes and internal policies to help scale the business.
• Provide legal advice and work closely with all our marketing and sales divisions.

About you:

• 2-3 years of experience in the commercial department of a leading law firm or a SaaS based hi-tech company.
• Strong understanding of commercial transactions, including licensing, distribution, and non-disclosure agreements –Must.
• In-depth knowledge of data protection regulations, particularly GDPR – Must.
• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving commercial objectives.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing skills, analytical approach, attention to details, and organizational abilities.
• LLB degree or foreign equivalent and license to practice law in Israel.
• English – Full Professional Proficiency- Must (conferencing, presenting, editing and day to day tasks are solely in English).
