UI/UX Designer

ABOUT THIS POSITION:

Title: UI/UX Designer

Industry: Internet Marketing Platforms/Paid Search /MarTech

Location: Tel Aviv, near the HaShalom Railway Station / Hybrid (3 days per week in-office)

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

Purpose of this role: The UI/UX Designer will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web applications, contributing to our overall digital strategy and enhancing marketing assets.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will:

• Design and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Conduct competitive research to identify and integrate best practices in UI/UX design.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design marketing materials and media kits, aiming to improve the overall effectiveness of our marketing assets.
• Utilize Webflow (or equivalent platforms) to bring design concepts to life, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the design and functionality of our web properties based on user feedback and analytics.

The ideal candidate brings:

• Experience within a similar role, within a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expertise in Webflow or equivalent web design platforms.
• Experience in creating marketing materials and media kits.
• Experience with paid search campaigns, performance marketing, optimizing funnels, and managing KPIs.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry.
• Technical strength in JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Excellent analytical skills with a thoughtful approach to content and a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
